You are ready for a different kind of love.

One where you feel safe. Where you don't lose yourself. Where the anxiety that has followed you from relationship to relationship finally starts to loosen its grip on you.

That’s what we create here.

Most of the women who find this work have been trying to figure themselves out for a while. They've read the books, they know their attachment style, they understand the theory. And yet, in the moment, when the text takes too long, or when a need arises and they fear communicating it, or when things are going too well and they doubt it, everything they know disappears and the old pattern runs anyway. The bracing. The people-pleasing. The shrinking. The silence where their needs should be. The spiralling that doesn’t stop.

That's because the part of you that learned to love that way isn't the part that intellectually understands. It lives in the nervous system and the subconscious mind, in the places that were formed long before you had language for any of it. It learned what love looked like from the earliest versions of it you witnessed and experienced. It learned whether love was safe or unpredictable, conditional or freely given, something to be earned or something you simply deserved. And it has been applying that learning to every relationship since.

Understanding this is one thing. Changing it is another. That's where the work comes in.

the pattern stops here.

I’m Samantha

I spent years thinking something was wrong with me. I'd lose myself completely in relationships, needy and erratic one minute, cold and shut down the next, then tell myself I was just better on my own. Turns out it wasn't just anxiety; it was anxious attachment.

I started doing the work and met my partner right in the middle of it, which is exactly when the real work started. You don't just find your person and stop feeling triggered. You heal it while you're in it, while someone doesn't text back and your body goes into alarm. That's the only place it actually changes.

Eight and a half years in, I still get triggered sometimes. But I know how to stay myself in it now, and I've built a relationship that can hold that. That's the work I do with women now, not fixing you before you're allowed to love, but walking alongside you while you actually do it.

1:2:1 Coaching

This is 1:1 coaching built around you: your patterns, your history, the real-time spirals that keep you from feeling safe in love. We work with the nervous system and the subconscious mind because that's where lasting change actually happens. We look at the situations you're navigating. The conversation you keep avoiding. The boundary you know you need to hold, but can't quite get there. The relationship that, on paper, should feel good, but in your body feels like waiting for something to go wrong.

Over time, something shifts. The anxiety loses its authority over you. You start to trust your own read of a situation rather than outsourcing it to someone else's reaction. You stop abandoning yourself as the price of admission to love.

That's what this work is for.

Love Without The Spiral

Imagine spiralling and having something in your pocket that can hold you through it, wherever you are. Like sitting down for a cuppa with a friend, except this friend actually hands you the realisations and techniques to stop the spiral and bring you back to yourself.
