Here’s the thing:
The reason you aren’t where you want to be right now isn’t your fault (that doesn’t let you off the hook, though!). Despite “doing the work”, no matter how hard you try, the sub-conscious mind you probably haven’t tapped into yet is still running the show.
What many people don’t know is that 95% of your actions are controlled by the emotional body. What this means is that often your actions tend to not be in accordance with your desires; instead focusing on instant gratification that wants to keep us safe/satisfied in the moment.
To have all that you desire; you need to go deeper.
I work intuitively, but each session may draw upon the three modalities I predominantly work with:
Hypnotherapy; gets to the root of the problem directly.
It works by accessing unconscious resources, to rewrite old programs and create new ones that are aligned with the truth of who you are. This isn’t about creating a quick fix though… quite the opposite. Throughout your life, you will have had many experiences that effectively form a pressure cooker that keeps filling up until it blows (this is when symptoms like anxiety, depression, stagnacy, unhelpful patterns begin to form). We cannot just bulldoze what the unconscious mind has adopted to keep us safe; instead we have to meet it with safety. That’s where Hypnotherapy enters. Think of it like you being in the driving seat with me acting as your Sat Nav, communicating with your unconscious mind to see what reframes it feels safe to accept. This acts as an effective way of taking all the stuff out of the pressure cooker so you are free to release all that is holding you back from reaching your desires.
Coaching; building your toolkit to navigate life.
Once we have released the root cause of the blocks with Hypnotherapy, it’s time to take to responsibility to what we want to fill in this space, instead of going back to what we know doesn’t serve us. If hypnotherapy was the Sat Nav, coaching is the safety kit you keep in the boot of the car. The more equipped it is, the better you are able to handle what the journey throws at you. With my guidance, coaching can show you how to regulate your emotions, reframe your mind, build confidence to set healthy boundaries, choose what makes you feel good and say no to what doesn’t, navigate triggers, build healthy relationships, release shame/guilt and develop strong relationships with those around you. Coaching will create your toolkit, but it is up to actually optimise those to create lasting change in your life.
Embodiment; reconnecting to your power.
Our true power in this process lies within our bodies; the place where most of us naturally dissociate from. When we are not connected to our life force energy, we seek things outside of ourselves to fill, nourish and soothe us. The mind takes the reigns and we find ourselves stuck in a reality that doesn’t serve who we are at our core. Our body is speaking to us all the time, with its own emotional intelligence letting us know moment by moment if we are safe, or if something feels right. Through learning how to drop into the body, regulate our nervous system, release energetic blocks and process our emotions, we are able to meet the deepest parts of our truest selves. This is where we expand our self-love, build confidence, awaken our magnetism and fully step into our power so we can live in alignment with our desires.

Hypnotherapy is essentially relaxed awareness. It is a relationship between the hypnosis & the client (you & I) where communication takes place that creates a hypnotic state. It is a means of accessing unconscious resources, it is a way of getting to the good stuff that you already have within you, rewriting old programs & create new ones.

Yes! Hypnosis isn’t mind control, your in control at all times, When in a hypnotic state you will be fully aware of what is happening and can never be made to do something that is against your will.
Effectively you are the driver, I am the sat nav. I will guide you into a relaxed state where positive change is most effective but you can turn off at any time if you choose. All hypnosis is self hypnosis, its not me doing it, it’s you doing it!!

I don’t believe in quick fixes but hypnosis is the closest thing to it! Typically most of my clients experience a shift in energy after 1 session.

The number of sessions needed will be different for everyone. Depending on you, your needs and what we are working through. Some clients feel a shift after a few sessions, some may need more to achieve their desired result.
I recommend a course of 6 sessions over 3 months to create lasting change in all areas.

Yes absolutely! My clients love online sessions, they find themselves able to relax more being in the comfort of their own home which allows them to have a deeper experience.
They also love the fact that after they can continue to relax, ,make a cup of tea and integrate the session.
All you need is a quiet space, headphones & Zoom.
